Renew your Interconnection Security Agreement (ISA) with Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
Hello to all,
Its that time of the year once again!!!
Customs is requesting for you to renew your Interconnection Security Agreement (ISA). This process needs to be completed by each company that uses a direct VPN connection for communications to CBP. If you are under RBSystems Service Center (MQX) reply to the email you receive from Customs requesting the renewal and advise them that you are under RBSystems Service Center.
If you are using a VPN connection follow the steps below:
You must follow the link that is found on the document they sent you (TVPN):
http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/automated/automated_systems/isa/instructions_tvpn.xml
Then select the link on step 1 (Trade Virtual Private Network (VPN) Interconnection Security Agreement Acceptance Form) and continue with the steps that follow.
