ITA announced in the Federal Register Notice (FRN) dated Tuesday, June 1, 2010 that the ITA form 362P is being discontinued effective May 31, 2010. With the ITA form no longer required, Electronic Invoice Program (EIP) and Remote Location Filing (RLF) participants may now file entries via EIP/RLF on imported goods that previously required the form.
