E-Manifest for QP in Bonds

As you Know ACE CBP has problems with E-Manifest for QP in Bonds

This is the process at this time for QP and EM for ports of Laredo, Eagle Pass and Del Rio.

All other ports may qualify for this process for now.

Check with your local ports..

* Create IN Bond QP and transmit to CBP
* Create Empty Trip, transmit and wait for the certification of EM
* Print EM Cover sheet
* Add the QP Authorized in the cover sheet and print 2 copies.
* The Inspector will be ready and able to link it
